Take a walk on the wild side of romance...

I love stories about spies. Can't get enough of them. Because of my passion for the James Bond meets Jason Bourne stories, and in honor of the next in the NASSD Counter-Terrorist Agency series coming out around Christmas, I've decided to bring the first two in the series back into the limelight and blog about them.

AT ANY COST is the first book in the series. When a NASSD double agent steals the technology for a deadly virus, counter-terrorist agent Dan Weber is more than ready to take on the complex and potentially deadly mission to hunt down the technology he once protected with his life, even if it means babysitting a gorgeous, yet reckless tomboy agent.

Rookie JT Turner is hungry to prove her worth in a profession dominated by men. Even though she can hold her own against a dozen trained agents, she's been labeled a screw up after too many mishaps. JT would do anything to redeem herself, even accept a shady mission to track down a phantom disc NASSD denies ever existed.

Undermanned and unarmed, can they unravel a madman's plot and remove the threat before it is unleashed? In a race against time, the line between desire and destiny will blur, and their true desires will finally be met.

SEEK AND DESTROY is the second book in the series. After being badly injured, NASSD agent David Snyder is offered a transfer to the egocentric ICE intelligence agency. Even Charis McKoy, the brainy, mouthwatering brunette sent to recruit him isn't enough to sway his allegiance. He'd rather cut out his own heart than work for ICE.

ICE agent Charis McKoy has the handsome agent in her sights, in every sense of the word. He may be a part of the all-bronze-no-brains NASSD agency Charis despises, but he is also more perfectly chiseled than the statue bearing his name.

When NASSD and ICE form an alliance to find a cyber-terrorist threatening to destroy the nation's techno-infrastructure, they pair their two best agents. Working side by side, each eager to outdo the other, they must find and stop the madman before he strikes again. Racing to stay one step ahead, they enter into a dangerous game where the hunter becomes the hunted.

If you haven't had a chance to step into the world of counterterrorism with the bad boys and very bad girls from the NASSD Counter-Terrorist Agency, now's your chance. You won't be disappointed!

I enjoyed both these stories, Allie. You weave a great tale of espionage wrapped in desire. I'll be keeping my eye out for that third book this winter. :)
