What's your fantasy destination?

For a lot of people, summer is the time for vacations. When I was a little girl, my family and I would go to Tennessee every summer for a week or two, to visit my dad's relatives. I loved spending time with my cousins, who were close to my age. We played hide and seek and tag, roamed in the woods, rode bikes for hours, and generally made nuisances of ourselves. For a kid, it was the perfect vacation.

As an adult, my summer vacations have gotten a bit more complicated. My new fantasy destinations are places like New York, Paris, London, Tokyo, or pretty much anywhere with a beach. I guess it takes more to entertain me now than it did when I was little. :)

I've been to Hawaii, Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, and on a cruise. In a few days the hubby and I are headed to Las Vegas with some friends. We've been once before, but I still can't wait to take in the lights and see some shows.

What's your fantasy destination? If you could do anything, would you spend your summer camping in the mountains? Exploring exotic locales? Lounging on a beach? Dancing in a nightclub? Or would you rather just relax at home?

(If you're in the mood for fantasy locations, check out my Fantasies series. Each book is set at one of the luxurious Fantasies resorts--and happy endings are guaranteed!)
