Absolutely true!!! I can't wait to read what "positions" your heroine tries out.
I feel left out now.
I have tried yoga and can't maintain the poses because of problems with my feet.
I love yoga!! And yes! It's true!
It not only enhances your sex life but fertility too lol I had my second kid shortly after doing yoga regularly and then only 18 months after the second I had my third! LOL I stopped doing yoga now, but often thing about getting back into it.

I used to do yoga faithfully every day. Can't find the time,now, but it did help with some of those trick postions.(wink)
Yoga and exercise in general releases endorphins which helps to heighten your libido. People who exercise look better and are happier, and when you look good and feel good you want to have sex!
I exercise five days a week and I also have a lot of sex! I used to do yoga, but now I run nine miles a week, do other forms of cardio and also lift weights.

I agree, very informative. If your mind and body are at ease then the sex is better.. not only that but my limited understanding of Yoga makes me think of some pretty interesting positions.

Wow, Jolie- NINE miles? That is great. I walk but am thinking about starting a running program. Exercise definitely makes you feel better. Yoga is a lot of stretching and that's what I need.

Dear Dr. Kissa,
I have read your very fine article with interest, but it has caused me some concern. My unmarried teenage daughter has been taking yoga religiously for several months. Does this mean she is engaging in hot, dirty, gratuitous sex behind my back?
Please let me know if you think she is and if so what can I do about it?

Great blog, Kissa! Both halves of Adriana have taken yoga in the past though we're not currently active (with the yoga, I mean!) and we do write it in for our characters once in a while.
